Yes. There is a big possibility that Vegeta will learn Ultra Instinct since Vegeta always follows whatever transcended form Goku achieved (except Super Saiyan 3 of course). Besides, he also trained under Whis, so he probably have the concept and idea on how to achieve Ultra Instinct.. seeing how Whis is doing ultra instinct on the two of them.
Vegeta just only needs a catalyst that will break his own shell like Goku (whatever that catalyst might be in the future episodes)
Here’s a possible theory; if ever Vegeta learns Ultra Instinct, he will probably be in the offensive side since Vegeta is more aggressive than Goku and his instinct is to attack (to the point that it is halting his movement and speed because of thinking too much), which was also the thing Whis wants to Vegeta, learn to attack without thinking too much and rely on his body without his mind interfering.
In which case, I will not be surprised if Vegeta’s ultra instinct is more on the offensive mode seeing that Goku’s ultra instinct is more of defense/dodging mode, as that’s what Goku lacks which Whis has pointed out as well to not let his guard down.
Besides, in DBS-Ep116, Goku was having a hard time to shift his instinct from dodging/defending into attacking (as what happened to Episode 116 of DBS which results lack in power and Whis pointed out as well).
So, if Vegeta in the offensive side of Ultra Instinct while Goku in the defensive side of ultra instinct worked together and fused will definitely create the “ultimate warrior” that will master both the attack and defense sides of ultra instinct where even the gods cannot achieve, since they’re both compensating the lack of one another.
March 5, 2018 EDIT : It seems Vegeta has another form that is equivalent to Super Saiyan Blue in Kaioken. And with the recent episode of Dragon Ball Super Episode 129, the complete version of Ultra Instinct covers both the attack and defensive style and is not a separate condition. With that being route.. I wonder if there’s a chance for Vegeta to learn Ultra Instinct like Goku since he have undergone the same training with him under Whis. The level between Goku and Vegeta are now wider than ever since Goku have Ultra Instinct.. and if Vegeta will not have one, then Vegeta will never be in the same league of power as Goku. It will be interesting to learn if Dragon Ball SUPER will continue in the future (probably 2019?), how Ultra Instinct will be played out and I am Looking forward on it. Still hoping for Vegeta to earn his Ultra Instinct or if not, I hope his new form has something to offer that will be at least equivalent with Ultra Instinct.
Yes. Far stronger. I’ll give multiple reasons for why.
Omega Shenron was apparently powerful enough to lay waste to the Galaxy.
And then, over time, he would destroy the Universe by spreading his negative energy. Many say it wasn’t overtime, but it was stated corrosion.
In just 3 clashes with Goku, Beerus was going to destroy the Universe.
And this is a suppressed Beerus. So, suppressed Beerus > Omega Shenron.
Now, a lot of people make weird calculations to bring GT higher than Super. I will now show why via those weird calcs, Beerus is still stronger. Omega was stronger than SSJ4 Goku. Base Goku in the begging of the series is stronger than Buu.
Previously, Buu was on-par with SSJ3 Goku.
Based off the SSJ Multipliers, this means Goku’s base in GT is 100x his base in Z.
For some backup, he fought with Gohan.
Gohan never stooped training
Majuub was able to keep up with Super Baby 2, and SB2 was stronger than SSJ3 Goku.
But, Majuub was weaker than Super 17.
SSJ1 Goku was able to fight pretty even with 17.
This means Goku got about 10x stronger in base form. So, base Goku in GT is about 4,000x stronger than Base Goku was in Z. Now for SSJ4’s multiplier. Baby Vegeta and SSJ3 Goku were pretty close in power.
Strongest Form 2 is like an SSJ3 for Baby Vegeta, so it would be an 8x increase.
And not only could SSJ4 Goku be on-par with that
But he fought with Baby Vegeta after getting a 10x increase.
Yet, his 10x Kamehameha did nothing against Omega.
Due to him becoming 10 or more times stronger than before.
So, we can do 10 x 100 x 4,000 = 4,000,000, meaning Omega Shenron is 4,000,000 times stronger than base Z Goku. Now, for how many times Beerus was above base Z Goku. He was far superior to SSJ3 Goku while suppressed.

But, nah. I don’t believe it. It makes no sense from a scaling standpoint. However, we do need to look at the multiplier of Vegito.
So, base Vegito > SSJ3 Goku. Even if he was only referring to SSJ1 Vegito, that’s 50x SSJ Goku. 50 x 400 = 20,000. Seeing as SSJ God Goku actually pushed Beerus a bit (compared to the no chance), he really should be far above this, but whatever. Goku then absorbed this into base.
20,000 x 20,000 is 400,000,000. Already above Omega’s number. SSJ Blue is the SSJ multiplier on top of that.
He then hit Jiren with the Kaio-Kenx20 Spirit Bomb, which is at least 40x SSJ Blue.
Jiren blinks this away, and UI only pushes him way more.
And Beerus said this Goku only MIGHT have surpassed him.
I don’t use calculations like these due to how unreliable they can be. However, due to how many people use calculations to put GT above Super, I decided to do one myself. I could bring up more stuff, but really, it’s irrelevant. I prefer GT to Super. It’s a way better series, in my opinion. Super characters are just way more

Beerus of course. Hit is on Goku's level maybe slightly above. The only person stronger than beerus would be super vegito blue. Yea hit hasvthr time skip but Beerus is very fast and strong at that and hasn't shown us his complete power before. Hit can lock opponents into a time lock freezing them where they stand. He does it by using the time skip on his enemy instead of himself. He can only use it for as long as he can hold it … and his opponent. Beerus is more powerful than hit so he would breakout, if not immediate, then eventually.
If it is a martial arts fight and there is no killing involved, Beerus would win. Beerus has stated that Zeno isn’t a fighter, and throughout the Tournament of Power, Zeno struggled to keep up with the quick movements done by the characters, also, he has Body Guards for a reason.
However, if this was a death match, we all know who would be the victor; Beerus knows Zeno’s abilities and therefore he cowers whenever he is near him, Zeno can erase everyone and everything if he wants, so if Beerus even tries anything he’d get erased on the spot, and his guards look like they’d put Beerus down too, Zeno’s guards are there to protect him, so they obviously have to be stronger than Gods of Destruction to protect Zeno if they go every go rogue, and the same might apply to angels, so I’d speculate that his guards are higher than G.O.D level and either on par or above Angel level.
Whis stated that The Grand Priest is the fifth strongest fighter in the multiverse, so it wouldn't be a stretch to assume that the guards are in that category.
