This Answer gonna hurt a lot of Sasuke fans but I don't care.
First of all why people are so obsessed with Sasuke being cool and powerful than Naruto? Because in reality he isn't. Sasuke is strong but never in the entire series he was stronger than Naruto. He was made cool and powerful just because he was good rival to naruto.
Now many of you would not agree but let me open your eyes.
FIRST EVIDENCE
In their first fight at the Academy Naruto won using his multi shadow clone technique. ( Don't say he was able to beat Sasuke by suprise because in Ninja world Surprise matter for you to win).
SECOND EVIDENCE
In their fight at rooftop of medical building, If Kakashi wouldn't have intertwined, Naruto Rasengan would have destroyed Sasuke puny chidori. So Naruto was stronger than Sasuke at that time. ( Please don't argue here you will make yourself look bad. I am serious you would).
THIRD EVIDENCE
In the battle at the Valley. Susuke was shown winning with Naruto loosing consciousness. To tell you the truth not in the entire fight Naruto was fighting with killing instinct and in last when their rasengan and chidori collide, Naruto aimed for his forehead protector and just wanted to make a scratch on it and nothing else otherwise like Sasuke if he would have also aimed for heart and you know what would have happened then. So, Sasuke won out of Naruto resolve to prove himself.
FOURTH EVIDENCE
In the last battle between naruto and Sasuke again at the Valley. Whole time Naruto was holding back and Sasuke even after having Rinnegan and 8 and half tail beast chakra couldn't beat Naruto while naruto having just his, a little of all tail beast chakra and half of nine tail chakra. Even then they were fighting on equal terms ( What a joke). At this time I thought Sasuke was stronger but he wasn't. So, though at the end both lost their hands and susuke admitting defeat( out of consciousness) , I would say Naruto was more powerful the whole time and was just trying to stop Sasuke.
In the entire series I only once thought that now Sasuke can beat Naruto easily( After his training with orichimaru) but the opposite is true a lot of times. People say naruto chakra control is less than Sasuke did they even watch the fourth ninja war and how naruto shared all his chakra which require great control and seriously I don't think even Sasuke could do that. As for genjustu of Sharingan it's useless against Naruto as genjustu doesn't work jinchuriki which are in control of their tail beast which naruto is. As for Senjustu Sasuke doesn't have any. As for chakra reserve, well let's leave it at that, discussing it is hurtful. Ninjutsu, Sasuke have some awesome techniques but so does Naruto and moreover I think each technique of Naruto is superior to Sasuke. Taijutsu, well here Sasuke is better ( Unlike sasuke fans I am not a fanboy of Naruto. I accept thing when they are reasonable).
FIFTH EVIDENCE
The series name is Naruto not Sasuke.
So Susuke fans and some people who just hate Naruto as a character just accept it. Naruto is not my favorite character he comes way below other ( I like Guy, lee, shikamaru, kakashi, minato better than Naruto ) yet I am favoring him over Sasuke because he is stronger than Sasuke.
This long debate is always going on about who is stronger is just because some people can't accept that Naruto is stronger and Sasuke isn't.

Not just boruto, I believe almost all of the shinobi world do not know Naruto's true powers. Yes, they know that the nine tail jinchuruki is strong. Stronger even then the God of shinobi , Hashirama senju.
They know he , along with team 7, defeated kaguya and saved the entire world .
But they have not seen him fighting this other worldly monster.
The true extent of Naruto's power are known to a very few, to the likes of Sasuke , Kakashi , Sakura and maybe, a very small probability, that a few others like Hinata and shikamaru might have heard about it .
And something to be noted is that this was all when he was a teenager. We, even the viewers do not know the extent of Naruto's power as he is grown up . He probably has gotten stronger .
In the Boruto series, they have portrayed Naruto weaker than he actually is .
Even in the fight with Momoshiki Naruto did not have a chance to shine, to show his true power .
This was the moment in which Boruto might have grasped a part of Naruto's true powers.
But still Naruto has not used everything in his arsenal in that fight .
So to answers your question , no Boruto does not know the whole of Naruto's power.
But I hope soon that Naruto faces a strong enough enemy , so that we too could grasp all of the adult Naruto's power. So that we too can see the fully developed and perfected powers of the seventh hokage.
And I have not even talked about Naruto's most powerful jutsu which defeated and absolutely destroyed enemies like pain , zabusa and obito . Yes , the lethal talk no jutsu.
Just kidding.
Tied with Naruto himself, Sasuke is the strongest living being in the whole fictional universe of Naruto that we know of with no close seconds. Even his basics are ridiculously strong, as Sasuke is arguably the best swordsman in the world and, even without an arm, was able to keep up with Naruto as they utterly dominated Momoshiki with hand to hand alone, who in the manga had taken out each one of the four other Kage with one punch each. He managed to capture all nine Bijuu in Genjutsu with one glance of his Rinnegan alone and his chakra control and manipulation was praised by Kurama to match the Rikudo Sennin’s.
Most impressive of all though is his Ninjutsu. Sasuke has the RInnegan, so he can master all five elements if he so wishes, though we only seen him use Fire and Lightning. However, what we’ve seen him do with those two already make him the best elemental Ninjutsu user alive. Stuff like Amaterasu and Kirin make him unmatched in the category. Then there’s his Susanoo, which can go toe to toe with Naruto’s Bijuu Mode and easily cut through meteors. Not that he needs it when a simple Chidori is more than enough to do the job. And that’s not even getting to the Six Paths and what he can do with those, because oh boy….
