Ah yes, one of the most highly debated and toxic topics you'll ever see in the Naruto/Boruto fandom. It's like the ninja equivalent of Goku vs Superman, except this time one of them has tiddies and the other is basically ninja Freiza.
Now if these two were to have a fight, I would personally bet on Momoshiki.
I believe Momoshiki is stronger, and I'll explain how a vs matchup would go between these two. I'll compare them under these following stats:
- Attack potency (AP)
- Destructive capacity (DC)
- Speed
- Hax/Arsenal
- Intelligence and overall skills
- Durability and longevity
Note that AP and DC are two different stats entirely for a reason. AP is the maximum potential output a fighter can use in an attack to take down an opponent who already has a fixed scale. DC on the other hand is the collateral damage that they cause when the attack lands on the opponent.
For example, Majin Vegeta scales above Teen Gohan and Super Perfect Cell, making his AP multi solar-system level. His DC on the other hand would be planetary level when he uses his strongest attack, because the epicenter of the attack was focused on the target, not his surroundings.
Now that we've cleared that, let's begin.
Attack potency and Destructive capacity:
So we'll start with Kaguya's AP. After absorbing the chakra from the entire planet, Kaguya was able to create a dimension collapsing truth seeking ball, which was intended to destroy the entire dimension Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura and Kakashi were in.
Considering the fact that each of her dimensions contained a star and a few planets in it, it's safe to say that her AP should comfortably scale to Solar System level+.
Base Momoshiki in the novelization was stated to be able to destroy entire stars and harvest the dead star and it's planets into chakra fruits. His power could even extend across different space-times.
And yes, this is canon in case you're wondering. This actually took place off screen:
If you still don't consider it as canon, there's even more proof that Momoshiki's AP is multi solar-system level+.
Remember when I said that Kaguya can create a dimension collapsing TSB with ALL of Earth's chakra?
Momoshiki can also perform the same feat IN BASE.
And yes, it's a truth seeker ball, not a bijudama like some Kaguya wankers would say. You can see the five chakra natures surrounding it, and a TSB is created by blending all five chakra natures with yin-yang and light-shadow release:
Some people downplay this feat because it barely destroyed Konoha. But that's where AP and DC come in handy here.
Naruto took the full brunt of the explosion with his Kurama avatar and six paths chakra, which means that the collateral damage was enough to level a country:
So while the attack had an AP of solar system level, the DC was country level.
Saying that Momoshiki is country level is like saying that Moro is galaxy level, simply because one attack of his can destroy a galaxy.
Which is obviously not true, since Moro has been proven to be equal to MUI Goku who's low multiversal.
Like I said, AP and DC are two entirely different things, and this causes misinterpretations when it comes to scaling characters.
And it's kind of obvious that fused Momoshiki would be even stronger, because he has Kinshiki AND 50% of Naruto's chakra stacked onto his base form.
So Momo takes the win here.

Speed:
Kaguya was relative to boil release EOS Naruto, who was able to land clean hits on her:
Enraged Naruto could actually outspeed her and even managed to chop off her hand:
Momoshiki on the other hand was able to take on an older, stronger version of Naruto as well as Sasuke when fused:
And it has been stated before several times that training boosts your chakra reserves and overall stats:
While their chakra reserves were depleted, that wouldn't really change their overall physical stats, but it would affect other factors like vitality, stamina etc.
So Momoshiki basically could tango with stronger versions of Naruto and Sasuke, while Kaguya struggled with a younger, inexperienced Naruto.
Momo wins again.

Hax/Arsenal:
Both Momoshiki and Kaguya have a similar arsenal with chakra absorption, space time ninjutsu, truth seeker balls etc. The only difference is that Kaguya can switch the entire terrain into a dimension, at the cost of massive amounts of chakra:
Which is kind of pointless to use on Momoshiki, because he can just create his own portal and leave whenever he wants. There's nothing stopping him from doing that.
Momoshiki also has the inherent ability to amplify chakra by turning whatever he absorbed into chakra fruits. This gives him a massive advantage in terms of longetivity and increasing his overall AP, since he could convert Gyuki's chakra into a giant TSB. Keep in mind that Kaguya needed the chakra of the entire planet to perform the same feat:
I'll give points to Kaguya though because Momoshiki can't just force the terrain into another dimension.

Intelligence and overall skills:
This is the one thing that Momo and Kaguya are equally bad at.
Kaguya is literally a dumb blonde who relied on Zetsu too much and got outsmarted by Naruto a gazillion times. Momoshiki only knows how to spam chakra amplification and has zero skills aside from maybe tenketsu, which all byakugan users have inherently.
And they both have their fair share of anti feats as well.
Vitality and longevity:
Kaguya is immortal.
While Momoshiki is very much killable.
So Kaguya gets the win here.

However, Kaguya can still be sealed by six paths chibaku tensei.
And guess who has a rinnengan with six paths chakra?

Attack potency:
Sakura's AP is a bit difficult to scale, since we don't really see her fight any major characters. The best feat we can use for her scaling is this:
Destroying a bunch of juubi baby clones while obliterating the landscape.
The calcs were already done for this feat, which gives it an approximate value of 2.1 kilotons of TNT, enough to destroy a small town.
Konan on the other hand completely outclasses this power with her 600 billion paper bomb jutsu:
Just to put this under perspective, a standard handheld Russian F1 grenade has an explosive power of 60 grams of TNT. Considering the fact that there are 600 billion of them, that would give a grand total of 1200000000000 kilotons of TNT as her maximum AP.
This could put her at anywhere between multi-continental level or possibly even low planetary level or moon level if it lands on a faulty tectonic plate. Which completely blows Sakura's AP out of the water with a measly 2.1 kilotons of TNT.
While Konan needed around a week of prep time to actually prepare the trap, she still used her own chakra to make each and every single one of those 600 billions paper bombs. She was exhausted after detonating them, which is indicative that the trap was indeed made by her own chakra.
She even confirms it in the panel before that.
Assuming that she made these bombs at a constant rate, that would mean that she can theoretically make around 1,984,127 bombs per second. That still puts her at a comfortable country or continental level, with an AP of approximately 40 million kilotons of TNT.
There's no room to debate this. In terms of AP, Konan godstomps Sakura.
Destructive capacity:
I mean, it's pretty obvious from the scans that Konan is still way higher. Sakura destroyed a mountain, Konan nuked a tectonic plate and changed the weather like fucking Superman.
Speed:
A weakened, bleeding Konan in her angel mode was able to go head to head against a suppressed Obito, although she was slightly slower than peak Obito when healthy:
Keep in mind that Obito is capable of reacting to FTL speed users easily, like KCM Naruto, Kakashi etc as we've seen in the war arc.
So that should put Konan slightly below the speed of light, or approaching light speed.
Sakura on the other hand doesn't really have any justifiable speed feats to prove that she's FTL. I'll just assume that the best case scenario would be that she's equal to Konan in terms of footspeed. Konan would still have the advantage of flight speed however, because there is lesser friction and greater maneuvering possible.
Durability:
Sakura could take a rinnengan rod to the chest with her byakugou seal activated:
Konan could also survive a similar injury:
Although I will give points to Sakura for this one, because the rinnengan rod can actually disable your chakra flow to an extent, while Sakura's healing was able to bypass this effect completely. So Sakura finally beats Konan in something.
Intelligence:
I'm not even going to bother explaining this one.
Granted, memes are a bit of an exaggeration, but there is literally no feats of Sakura having any battle smarts, as far as I can remember. Being a medic and academically gifted doesn't mean anything. And I'm a medical student myself, I can confirm this with my own life experiences.
Meanwhile, Konan pulled a Batman and almost killed Obito, if it weren't for plot. It's pretty obvious as to who wins here.
Hax/versatility:
This is the final nail in the coffin as to why Sakura never stands a chance against Konan, even if we equalised their stats.
If you still think Sakura has a fighting chance here, look at me in the eye and tell me this: How do you defeat a bunch of paper ribbons…by punching?
Because that's literally 90% of Sakura's arsenal. Sure, you can tear each piece individually, but that's not going to do much when your opponent is literally made of paper pieces and can reassemble herself easily.
The only way to destroy it is either by thermal or chemical means.
Well, Sakura does have an acid spitting slug:
But paper is made up of cellulose fibre, which is naturally resistant to acid. With chakra infused, Konan's paper could somehow tank this:

I designed this section specifically for Sakura wankers who think that she's equal to Naruto and Sasuke.
This is plot induced stupidity:
There is no absolute, freaking way Sakura can even remotely scale to Kaguya, especially when she got penetrated by Juubidara big rod with ease.
Hell, even if Kaguya was somehow a regular Hyuga, she should have been able to see that coming thanks to the byakugan's 360 degree visual field.
Statements are NOT equal to feats, and are irrelevant if there are no prior feats or fights to back them up:
If we're going to use random, out of context arbitrary statements from random sources with no actual proof of credibility, then I guess KID Sarada's AP is greater than Adult Naruto, Madara's susanoo is universal, Itachi is omnipotent, Saitama is equal to Buu saga Goku in SSJ2, Vegeta with no SSG is equal to 10% of Beerus’ power, Broly is stronger than Beerus etc.
So to conclude, Konan annihilates Sakura with super negative difficulty.

I believe so, please correct me if I'm wrong. Obito has a range of powers that we haven't even seen used. One of the great advantages he has in battle is being intangible and although there is a loophole in it, it would still be very difficult to hit him.
Kamui, this would be a good device for dealing with some of the paths of Pain or any object they might try to achieve.
Wood style, that's why Obito can use intangibility at will and we saw in the episode that Rin died he easily dealt with a lot of Anbu hunters without much difficulty and that was the first time we saw him use it, it is possible that in his adult life he has already mastered this much more effectively.
Having Hashirama cells still make him able to regenerate which is also a great advantage.
Izanagi, would also be a good resource to use if he was caught, just like he did with Konan and would still be able to continue.
And finally the most polemical of all, Obito’s Susanoo, with both eyes and Obito’s chacra Kakashi can produce one of the most powerful Susanoos in the work with fucking kamui shurinkens, so despite we’ve never seen Obito use Susanoo I believe he can do that and it’s very likely that Susanoo is his.
I see him managing to get away from most of Nagato’s attacks with these resources, it would be a great fight but there is a possibility that he will win due to the great advantage he has by having Hashirama cells in his body.
